In the past, each year, AAUW invites hundreds of college women from around the country for three days of leadership training, inspiration and networking at the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL) at the University of Maryland.   The conference is now managed by NASPA, Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and AAUW branches may sponsor attendees.

Our 2025 Representative will be Mallory Schumaker, a Marine Biology Junior from the Helen Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter Florida.

Our branch sponsors a local student to attend the conference each year. Although the 2020 conference was canceled due to concerns over the corona virus, the 2021 conference was held virtually in May, as was the 2022 conference. The 2023 conference marked the return to an in-person conference. The 2024 Conference is upcoming.
